Not satisfied with your purchase? Exchange it for another item of your choice or return your purchase. Items purchased in the Sale can also be returned.

Would you like to return or exchange an item ? Please contact us via mail: orders@meandco.nl. Please mention the article number, size and reason for return.

Please return the item within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in original condition. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Send the item you want to return with the original receipt, price tags, brand labels to the address below:

Returns are the responsibility of the sender. Therefore, we recommend sending the items with a track & trace number via PostNL.

Once we have received and processed the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days to the IBAN number or Credit Card number provided

Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item for another size? Please contact us via email: orders@meandco.nl. We will check whether the correct size is still in stock. The article is not reserved for you until you have received an e-mail back from us. Then we will ship the correct size of the article. You do not have to pay double shipping costs (for orders under €49.95). Please note that the cost of return shipping is for you, the customer.
